Queer Space is an education and support drop-in group at Momentum Walk-In Counselling.
In this one hour workshop, "Stress Management & Self Care", start learning to turn toward yourself with kindness instead of judgment. We will be using group discussion an experiential exercise, and a mindfulness meditation to help us explore this topic. As always, we'll have time for questions and support.
"Self Compassion" is part of a 5 week series on "taking care of yourself" facilitated by a Registered Psychologist & two counselling interns. The other events in this series are:
