Queer Space Presents: Stress Management & Self Care

Queer Space is an education and support drop-in group at Momentum Walk-In Counselling.
In this one hour workshop, "Stress Management & Self Care", we'll help you start learning to put yourself as a priority. We will be doing some group brainstorming about what gets in the way of taking care of yourself, and an experiential exercise to help you get in touch with your needs. As always, we'll have time for education, questions, group discussion and support.
"Stress Management & Self Care" is part of a 5 week series on "taking care of yourself" facilitated by a Registered Psychologist & two counselling interns. The other events in this series are:

Feb 8, 2017: Boundaries & Assertiveness
Feb 22, 2017: Self Compassion
March 1, 2017: Ask a Psychologist!
