Description
Quinto Quarto: No Guts, No Glory (SOLD OUT)
On Wednesday, March 12, chef de cuisine Joachim Hayward will host Quinto Quarto: No Guts, No Glory along with R&B Brewing Co.'s head brewer Todd Graham. Hayward has designed a menu for the offal-curious to be paired with two unique cask beers created especially for this decadent dinner.
Campagnolo ROMA started Quinto Quarto in 2011 in order to honour the Roman tradition of cooking offal. Quinto Quarto means fifth quarter and reffers to the less desirable cuts of an animal. These dinners pay homage to the butchers of Rome's Testaccio district who kept the fifth quarter for themselves and initiated this style of cooking.
Nose-to-tail dining at its best, Quinto Quarto offers a rare opportunity to enjoy the odd bits.Tickets are $79.50 inclusive of dinner, cask beer, tax and gratuity. Guests will sit at communal tables and take part in this traditional family-style meal.
