Description

A leading global human rights expert, Dr. Gay McDougall, discusses Site C, Mt. Polley and other Indigenous rights concerns in British Columbia that have been taken up at the United Nations.

Gay McDougall is Distinguished Scholar-in-Residence at the Leitner Center on International Law and Justice of Fordham University Law School and the Vice-Chair of the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
