RAI$E in TORONTO is an exclusive event for investors & finance individuals who INVEST in small-cap stocks; we have designed a conference format where investors & finance individuals meet one-on-one with companies throughout the day in a series of scheduled meetings – a very efficient and effective format where attendees really get a chance to evaluate the investment opportunity and create a relationship with senior management.... uninterrupted!


We’ll be hosting a variety of small-cap companies - majority will be publicly trading, some private going public. Presenting companies are looking to create awareness, attract market support and/or promote their financing opportunity! Companies are stationary for the day at a designated meeting area and attendees (you) go meeting area to meeting area every twenty minutes in a scheduled meeting format.


REGISTRATION: The conference is FREE for Investors, Investment Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and Funds. All registrations are subject to approval and availability. You have the OPTION to register & join us for the full day of meetings (9:30am to 3:45pm) or selecting to join us either for the AM Meeting Sessions (9:30am to 1pm) or the PM Meeting Sessions (2:30pm to 6pm). *Investors & finance individuals have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with companies who they haven’t met in the first 10 meetings. Open, first come, first served one-on-ones.

WHY ATTEND: Our conference offers a unique, VIP-style introduction to small-cap companies. Sit down one-on-one with company executives, receive a 10-minute presentation and have the opportunity to ask direct questions; share your thoughts & receive feedback with other investors AND it's all scheduled for you.


MEETING SESSION OPTIONS: You have the OPTION to register & join us for the full day of meetings 9:30am to 5pm, or to join us either for the AM Meeting Sessions (9:30am to 12:30pm) or the PM Meeting Sessions (2pm to 5pm)


PRESENTING COMPANIES: We'll be hosting various small-cap companies that trade on Canadian Stock Exchanges (TSX, TSX.V & CSE); a few might be private with the goal of going public. We plan to have a variety of sectors presenting and have the company list available for review a week before the conference.


HOW IT WORKS: Attendees (Investors & Finance Individuals) are slotted into various groups with other investors & finance individuals and go meeting area to meeting area in a scheduled format – each meeting is twenty minutes. All attendees receive a personalized schedule upon arrival, a padfolio, a bag for presentations and a pen for making notes.


ATTENDANCE: By registering, you are taking up one of the four spots in each group. The success of our conference relies on your attendance in the meetings you have registered for.
