REGISTRATION FOR INVESTORS, BROKERS & FUNDS:


RAISE in TORONTO Small Cap Investing Conference is a VIP-Style event for investors & finance individuals who INVEST in small cap stocks; we have designed a conference format where investors and finance individuals meet with companies throughout the day in a series of back-to-back meetings. We'll be hosting a range of small cap companies, primarily Canadian publicly-listed companies, some private - planning to go public.

REGISTRATION: The conference is FREE for ACTIVE Investors, Investment Advisors, Portfolio Managers and Funds. You have three registration options:

1) register for the full day of meetings,
2) register for the morning scheduled meetings, or
3) join us for the afternoon scheduled meetings & open-session meetings-reception.

WHY ATTEND: Interact with company executives, receive a 10-minute presentation and be able to ask questions one-on-one to evaluate the investment opportunity!


WHO ATTENDS: Investors*, Portfolio Managers, Investment Advisors, Analysts, Small Cap Funds and Family Offices.  Join fellow Investors & Finance Individuals listen to presentations & ask CEOs all the right questions! *All levels of Investors are welcome.


HOW IT WORKS:
Companies have been assigned a meeting area # from 1 to 16; they do not move from that spot and host meetings all day. When Investors & Finance Individuals arrive at registration, they are assigned an Investor Group # with a few others, and go meeting area to meeting area in a series of 20-minute scheduled meetings up until lunch; each attendee receives an investor booklet, a padfolio & pen. After lunch, the conference continues with afternoon scheduled meetings for two hours, then transitions into open session meetings & reception.


COMPANY LIST:
We'll be hosting small cap companies - Technology, Resource, Cannabis, Healthcare, Energy, Life Sciences etc. - a handful of companies per sector. Presenting companies are mainly looking to create awareness & attract market support, some presenting their financing! The list of presenting companies will be available a week before the conference.


STOCK PICKING CHALLENGE:
After meeting all the companies, attendees select 3 stocks they think will perform the best over a 2-month period; based on market cap increase. Attendees can submit their picks at the end of the day or can email them to us post event - deadline is Friday 5pm on January 17. Contest starts on January 20 and runs until March 20. We'll evaluate presenting companies' performance over that time and announce the winner on Monday, March 23 – Winner will receive Hotel & Flight to join us in Calgary in July for RAISE at the STAMPEDE.
