The Healing Cuisine’s Raw Chef Certification is an intensive 5 day course where you will learn to make delicious and creative meals sure to delight and satisfy with quality local organic whole living food and superfood ingredients.
Over the course of five days you will learn a variety of living food techniques including sprouting, marinating, germinating/activating, fermenting and dehydrating; Through hands on experience with master raw food chef Joanne Gerrard Young. She will teach you how to formulate balanced menus and meal plans to meet your palettes and your body’s needs and desires.
