The Retail Cannabis Council of Ontario (RCCO) is excited to bring the community together! Attend an afternoon and evening of industry insight, collaboration and connection and explore ideas that will keep cannabis retail moving forward in Ontario.

Keynote: AGCO CEO & Registrar Tom Mungham will be in attendance to address retailers, delivering some insight from the industry's regulator.

Attend: RCCO's first AGM where new directors and new direction will be confirmed.

Action: Ted Charney, Principal and Senior Partner of Charney Lawyers will facilitate a session for retailers to discuss issues with the Ontario Cannabis Store. Legal counsel specializes in class actions and will be available to consult on legal rights and the potential for legal action.

Learn: Anne Forkutza and the Dutchie Team will be present to share insights, stats and ideas around maximizing sales in a competitive and challenging marketplace.

Network: A Meet & Greet for retailers and an industry dinner and cocktails rounds out this evening with socializing, dining and indulgence.

4pm AGM - Membership will vote and confirm the incoming Board, find out more about the Retail Cannabis Council of Ontario. Not a member yet? Why not? This is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of free membership and make your voice heard to our regulators, industry partners and provincial government.

4.30pm Action Session - Legal council Ted Charney, Principal and Senior Partner of Charney Lawyers will be present to discuss retailer rights and our current legal position for bringing action against the OCS. There's been talk about a class action, this is your opportunity to get involved.

5.15pm Learn - Our presenting sponsor, Anne Forkutza and the Dutchie Team will be sharing insights and strategies for maximizing sales, online presence and customer satisfaction to help retailers navigate a challenging and competitive marketplace.
