RDFCause Charity Meet 2022

You are cordially invited to participate in a unique automobile experience geared towards showcasing beautiful cars while helping women in need.

This year is our second annual Ride & Drive for a Cause Charity meet and we are honoured to be supporting women dealing with domestic violence. Building on our inaugural year where we held our sole event in Edmonton, this year we will be holding 3 separate events;

Calgary, Alberta / Venue - Cardel Theatre / Sunday, June - 26th / 10Am - 3Pm

Edmonton, Alberta / Venue - Mill Woods Town Centre / Sunday, July - 10th / 10Am - 3Pm

Regina, Saskatchewan / Venue - Conexus Arts Centre / Sunday, July - 24th / 10Am - 3Pm

Each event will support 2 different local shelters that work closely with the women in dire need of help to get them out of their difficult situations. This gives us and you more chances to make a bigger impact

By registering your car for one or more of these events, you have the rare opportunity to be showcased among other beautiful machinery as well as support this important cause

We will be hosting a car show judged by the show attendees to recognize the best of the best in the following categories:

• Best Import.
• Best Domestic.
• Best Super / Hyper Car.
• Best 4 x 4 (Trucks, Suvs, Jeeps).
• Best in Show.
• Best Classic (Age 25 Years +)

All winners will receive a unique prize celebrating the accomplishment.

Each event will have the option to register as a basic entry or a VIP entry. The difference in prices and what is included in each are listed below. You will be contacted after registration is received to request your favourite photo of your vehicle as well as any further info we may need.

*ALL vehicles MUST register in advance; no day-of registrations. Registration closes 2 days prior to each event.*

Basic Registration- $59

• Showcase your vehicle among the thousands of spectators.
• 1 Car show entry.
• Chance to be promoted on our Instagram page pre-event.
• Car Decal.

(The option to upgrade to VIP on site will be available for an additional fee and dependent upon space availability.)

VIP Registration- $159

• Showcase your vehicle among the thousands of spectators.
• 1 Car show entry.
• 1 dedicated post of your vehicle on our Instagram.
• 2 VIP area wrist band passes.
• Breakfast.
• Lunch.
• Snacks
• Beverages.
• Carpeted Area Vehicle Parking.
• Car Decal.

Individual VIP Area Entry (non-vehicle pass)- $100

• VIP area access for 1 (one) person.
• Breakfast.
• Lunch.
• Beverages.

Each event will have a load-in time starting at 9:00am with an event time of 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Your registration fee goes to supporting the local shelters we are grateful to have this opportunity to support:

• CALGARY - Rowan House & The Awo Taan Healing Lodge Society.

• EDMONTON - WIN House & WINGS (Women In Need Growing Stronger).

• REGINA - Sofia House & Isabel Johnson Centre (YWCA Regina).
