Want to Lead Your Own Resiliency Workshop?
This workshop series (6 sessions in total) aims to provide older adult Huron County (ON) residents, service providers and community volunteers the opportunity to enhance their resilience.
Additional benefits to attending the workshop series include:
- A 3 month subscription to an online toolkit
- A journal to capture your learning journey
- Additional resiliency training (Connectedness Coaching)
Every Mondays and Wednesdays at 1 pm to 2:30 pm starting April 4th, 2022.
In-person, remote and call-in options are available to support you in your journey with us.
In-person delivery will be held at the The MacKay Centre for Seniors located at 10 Nelson St E, Goderich, ON.
This educational offering is the level one training required to become a Resiliency Trainer.
Reconnecting Seniors with Resilience in Huron County (RSR) is a train the trainer adaptation that engages and empowers resilience through a modified version of Seniors Action Quebec's resilience education and Connectedness Coaching. RSR is hosted in collaboration with the MacKay Centre for Seniors, Connectedness Coaching Service Providers, Seniors Action Quebec and is funded by the Seniors Community Grant Program 2021-22.
