If you or a loved one are living with chronic illness, including Autoimmune illness, Lyme disease, Mold and Industrial Toxicity, this symposium is for you. Join us for a day long event that will teach you, inspire you, empower you and fill you with hope.

The Real Health Symposium offers education, awareness and support for those living with chronic illness while raising funds for valuable non-profit organizations in the community. ​Presenting the best in the field, learn from experts, share stories and meet others who are living through similar challenges.

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is recommended for 16 and older. If you would like to attend and are younger than 16, you must be accompanied by an adult and permission must be granted from the organizer by contacting info@realhealthsymposium.org

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Transportation: via car and also accessible by Toronto Public Transit (subway and streetcar).

Parking: street parking or Green P lots. Parking is available at Women's College Hospital for a flat rate of $10/day.

What can I bring into the event?

Bring a notebook and pen, water bottle, sweater in case you feel chilled.

Where can I get something to eat?

You are welcome to bring snacks and a lunch or pre-order lunch through this eventbrite page (additional fees apply). While there are many restaurants and coffee shops near the hospital, the cafeteria at the hospital is not open on the weekend but you are welcome to use the seating area.
