Week One - Weight Loss Basics
Calories, what are they and how many do you need? Macronutritients - what are they and how much of each do I need? Supplements and a discussion of fad diets - their advantages and disadvantages.
Week Two - Healthy Holiday Meal Planning
Helping to create healthier but just as tasty holiday meal alternatives that will leave your belly full and your family happy.
Week Three - Meal Planning
How to create a balanced meal plan for the week including grocery list for success!
Week Four - Healthy & Active Lifestyle
How and what exercise to encorporate to improve your metabolism as well how and when to fuel for workouts and stressful periods of life.
