Reception of the Eucharist
Event Information
About this Event
Recognizing the essential nature of the Eucharist, the source and summit of our spiritual strength as Christians, and the importance of Christmas, we want to provide an opportunity for parishioners who wish to receive Holy Communion.
Due to Covid-19 Restrictions, all our Masses on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will not be opened to the General Public. They will be streamed online. You can arrange by households (8 people at a time) to receive the Holy Eucharist at the Church after attending the Mass online.
Register your spot and come on time. Only 10 people are permitted to be inside the building at a given time including the priest or Eucharistic Minister.
Please note that every reasonable precaution has been and will continue to be taken by the Parish to protect your health and safety. However, there can be no guarantees of complete protection as there will always be risks of contracting viral infection.
Please do not enter the church if you have a temperature, feel ill, or have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive individual over the past two weeks.
Follow the Instruction below:
• Park in front of the Main Entrance of the Church. Enter as a family with masks on.
• A brief prayer will be said together with the Eucharistic Minister in the narthex
• Receive the Eucharist on your hand
• Return to your car and leave. No lingering in front of the church. There are other households (families) who may be waiting for their turn to receive the Eucharist.
• Please follow the direction provided by usher/volunteer.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
