TRAINING PROVIDED
We are currently seeking 7 motivated and dynamic individuals for a casual or part time position to join our admin team. The role consists of a variety of opportunities for career development. Opportunity to really own a role as a junior office / receptionist in a small business in Toronto. Would suit someone with a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude and a desire to grow within a large business with a fantastic culture.

This role requires that you:
Have self confidence and be able to meet and greet our clients in a professional manner;
Be professional in telephone manner and appearance;
Be punctual and have an excellent attendance rate;
Be enthusiastic about learning and building on a career path.
Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office;

To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Neat and tidy presentation;
Sound Computer Skills;
Be punctual, reliable, efficient and have sound work ethic;
Good Verbal and Written;
Confident Customer Service Skills;
Pleasant and professional phone manner;
No criminal records.

Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour
