Reclaiming Self-Pleasure as Self-Care
Overview
Rediscovering Self-Pleasure as Self-Care
Reclaiming Self-Pleasure as Self-Care is a guided, virtual workshop for individuals looking to reconnect with their bodies, desire, and personal pleasure practices—on their own terms.
Whether you’ve felt disconnected from self-touch, experienced shame or numbness, or simply want to deepen your relationship with yourself, this space invites you to approach pleasure as a form of self-tending, nervous system care, and embodied empowerment.
Through gentle somatic practices, guided reflection, discussion, and creativity, we’ll explore:
- What self-pleasure means beyond goal-oriented release
- How to approach touch and desire with curiosity instead of pressure
- The role of boundaries, consent, and self-trust in solo exploration
- Ways to incorporate pleasure as a regular act of care and regulation
This is a fully clothed, non-explicit space. You will not be asked to share personal sexual details or engage in any sexual activity during the workshop. All participation is consent-based and trauma-informed.
Whether you're rebuilding a relationship with your body after trauma, seeking a new rhythm with solo sex, or just curious about what self-pleasure can look like outside of shame and autopilot, you're welcome here.
