In the midst of tackling global challenges, there is always an element of tension building up, that we can feel in our social, work or personal life.

✨ BUT instead of falling into reactivity or powerlessness we can transform our energy into an inspiring process of creative responses and new ways of being.

This Full Moon calls us to slow down, celebrate all that has come to fruition, letting go of whatever needs to be released and letting us connect with our emerging self!

This two-hour interactive online workshop will support you to develop an awareness of your current inner landscape and shift from reactivity to wholehearted creativity. By cultivating an open mind, heart and will, we will connect to deeper sources of knowing and hold a space for a creative breakthrough in the area of life that is calling you right now. By the end of the session, you will have more clarity and confidence about the part you can play and feel inspired to take active steps forward.

We will follow the transformational spiral model used in the interactive small-group sessions from the Active Hope Training (as part of The Work that Reconnects) of Dr Joanna Macy and Dr Chris Johnstone. This experience will help you restore your sense of connection with yourself, others and the world as a whole.
