Webinar #1: It's Time to Recover, Restart and Rebound! (Thursday, October 22nd 9-11am)

Refresh your business plan by filling out The Business Model Canvas. This will deliver more insights about your customer, how you will make money, what you are offering, and community collaborations. This webinar will help you revisit and define the important aspects of your business and align your goals to activities.

Webinar #2: The New COVID-19 Normal (Tuesday, November 3rd   9-11am)

The results of COVID-19 are here to stay and it is essential that you pivot to this new normal but what does that look like? Learn more about consumer trends, the changing economic landscape, and where are the "now" opportunities?

Webinar #3: Understanding Your Cash Flow (Tuesday, November 10th   9-11am )

Take a closer look at your business finances and complete a 2-year cashflow plan. Learn to calculate the effects of capacity restrictions, new revenue streams, grants and deferral programs, and what the extent of lost sales will mean to your recovery.

Webinar #4: Relevant Advertising and Promotion (Tuesday, November 17th   9-11am)

How your customer is consuming media has changed as some traditional methods have disappeared. In this workshop, you will complete a 12 month plan that details what goals you want to achieve over the next year, what advertising methods you will use, and what are the associated costs with a monthly budget.

One-on-one sessions

10 one-on-one sessions will be available after each webinar. Please note these will be only be available to businesses physically located in the Town of Gananoque or Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands. When you are registering, identify which one-on-one sessions you would be most interested in.

If you would like to register for 1 or 2 webinars:

3.) Proceed to select "1 Week Participant". You will need to do this for each separate webinar you would like to attend.

All four webinars and one-on-one sessions will be held online through an application called Zoom. Zoom is accessible to the viewer on many different devices including, your phone, laptop, computer, iPad, etc. If you require assistance joining the webinars visit for a quick tutorial.

Please note that you must attend the webinar to be eligible for one of the follow-up sessions. One-on-one sessions will be selected after the webinar depending on level of interest. Opportunity Group also provides one on one coaching to business owners helping them with specific issues or opportunities they may be experiencing in their business.

She brings her extensive experience and shares business insights and solutions with business owners who have a specific problem to which they are seeking a solution, in an energetic and straightforward way.
