Welcome to the information session for our new Recovery College being offered through CMHA East Central Region.

During this session we will talk about who we are and about our new peer support programs. We will talk about what peer support is, who the courses are for and how to access them. We will also be providing an interactive demonstration of one of the many activities we teach!
