READY FOR A RESET? CHANGE? TRANSFORMATION?
Let's get together and talk about living in recovery.
What's recovery? Loss, grief, change, feeling stuck, past addictions and diseases, and reconnecting the path of the body-mind-soul. It's up to you how you describe it.
On the banks of the Red Deer River, connect, build a new community, and nurture your mind, body and soul, during a 3-day Women-Only retreat in Southern Alberta. Sharing experiences, strengths, and hopes, we’ll workshop through loss, change, and forgiveness, while nourishing and exercising our spiritual fitness.
You will leave with not only a new journal filled with healthy transformations, goals, desires, and ways to serve, but also a deeper understanding of who you are. By uncovering the parts of us that may be holding on to an old story, we will create our new transformative stories, shifting our lives to ones that are now lived in truth, integrity, and confidence, while filling our hearts with love.
From November 25-27, 2016, join us to experience and witness the remarkable transformation of other like-minded women. A two-night and three-day retreat, accommodations, meals, snacks, meditation and stretching classes are all included for the price of $599.00 (plus tax).
This retreat is for you if: you identify with the term ‘recovery’, you identify with having a past ‘addiction’, you abstain from alcohol and/or drugs, you have completed a treatment program, you have completed a step program, you want to thrive in your life, you feel stuck and want a plan to push through fears, living in recovery feels overwhelming, you identify as being mentally well and want to do anything it takes to live a life full of love and spiritual growth.
This retreat is NOT for you if: you think you need to detox, you don’t want to live your best life, you want to stay stuck in fear, you don’t want personal growth, you don’t want to work on yourself, you can't take a weekend away from drugs/alcohol, you desire to stay angry and as a resident in Victimville!
This retreat is facilitated by Jill Drader – an international public speaker, workshop facilitator, transformation coach, and business strategist – who has worked with hundreds of individuals on transforming their lives and building better businesses. Jill has successfully been in recovery from a past addiction to alcohol for over 10 years and lives and manages PTSD from a traumatic attack that happened more than ten years ago.
This retreat is organized by the team for Erin Skye Kelly – an award-winning and best-selling author, international keynote speaker, advocate for human achievement, broadcaster, and creator of the original TransformationWeekend. Together, Erin and Jill have created a weekend designed especially to help women connect with their authentic selves and live in mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellness.
