You have the most important job in the world! You are a parent, teacher or leader of young children and are helping to shape the next generation. You originally signed up for this job because of a passion to nurture and make a difference but sometimes you feel burned out. This retreat is designed to help you re-ignite the spark and to find ways to keep the fire burning, so you can be the leader you were meant to be.

This weekend away will be filled with nature walks, nourishing vegetarian meals, mindfulness meditation, Yoga, Qi-Gong for self-healing, practical leadership tools & hands-on activities, discussion, song, music-making, rest and free-time.

In order to be at your best, you need both rest and inspiration as well as a space to be yourself.

We invite you to refill your personal and professional cup in a safe space this summer and join us in practices designed to nurture and self care before the care of others, with permission to be yourself, tools to better sustain your personal energy throughout the year, a time of inspiration and creativity.

Reflect, re-energize, re-charge, re-invigorate, recuperate, re-imagine, relate, re-inspire, re-create and remember what fuels you.
