About this event

Are you looking to hire another person to join your team? If so, then this workshop will equip you with some key strategies to hire the right talent you want and need for your business.

In this 90-minute workshop, Aileen Edwards of AME Consulting & Leadership Coaching in Quinte West will teach:

• How to promote your organization as a place employees want to work

• How to develop a job description which targets the right candidates

• How to use Zoom for screening potential candidates

• Best practices for screening possible candidates

• How to tailor interview questions for your needs

• How to spend time to get to know your candidates

You will also learn strategies to:

• Streamline your recruiting process

• Save you and your business time and frustration

• Find the right people to fit the position(s) you’re looking for

• Save money with lower turnover

Keep in mind that recruiting can be costly and time-consuming, so you want to do it right the first time. Avoid common mistakes, and you’ll get the right person to join and stay on your team.

NOTE: Attendees will be emailed a Zoom link to the online session by separate email prior to the event.
