Event description
This is a transformative women’s leadership program designed for mid-career women in professional and leadership roles.

About this Event

This 5-part Series weaves together themes that will encourage you to reflect upon yourself and set a course of action to lead authentically with power and purpose. With revised content from the Winter/Spring 2019 Series, it features engaging presentations, a fireside chat, meaningful, face-to-face conversations, and interactive workshops. You will be guided between sessions to pursue your personal leadership development through reflective activities and encouraged to bring your reflections back to the group.

You will experience

  • A trusting space to learn from one another
  • The opportunity to explore your strengths and opportunities
  • Open-hearted accountability
  • Space to laugh, breathe, and re-energize.

Here are what participants had to say about the Series earlier this year.

This is a transformational Series for women who want to explore how they show up in and through their leadership. It is an opportunity to walk with other women through conversation, reflection and action.”

“It's been great to meet other women at high levels within a variety of organizations who have great insight and ideas. . . it's been positive to feel a sense of community with them.”
