Event description

Description

Did you know that usability testing digital experiences and products can identify experience and product barriers so you can reduce them by 90%? Organizations that usability test their concepts, experiences and products tend to see a 1:100 return.

Happy customers and more revenue! Win-Win.

Note: This is a 6-hour workshop split over two evenings with 3hrs each evening.

Workshop Overview

Learn to plan, conduct, and analyze your own studies, using in-person, remote, or online methods. This is an applied learning workshop with intermittent lecture modules introducing topics and techniques. That means it is hands-on session, and you are required to bring a laptop that you can work on. You will practice planning, conducting, and analyzing your own usability study during this workshop and receive mentorship throughout the day.

This workshop also provides you with several templates and the latest tools that you can keep and introduce into your organization and/or portfolio.
