Melissa Cosentino is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner that received her Diploma from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She is the founder of MellyFit Nutrition where her mission is helping busy individuals to carve out their unique and individual path to a FIT body, mind and soul through Holistic Nutrition. She has a Toronto-based & Virtual Clinical Practice offering Nutritional Counselling and works with clients one-on-one and in group settings. Melissa specializes on Digestive Health, Stress Management & Detoxification.

Mia is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner who focuses on gut health and stress hormones in her virtual practice. She works closely with clients to heal their gut, increase their energy, and stress less - so they can worry less about their health, and focus on living a life they love.

Through holistic lifestyle practices, nutrition and a root-cause approach to healing - Mia is passionate about helping others realize that they can feel good in their bodies.

Mia is currently located in Collingwood Ontario - but offers virtual services globally. She currently works with clients one a one-on-one basis, with the introduction of more group-based offerings coming soon!
