Reflections 2017 Global Conference

Day 1 - Exploring CoachingOuselves

Day 1 of Reflections 2017 Global Conference is targeted to leadership development professionals interested in learning more about using Henry Mintzberg leadership development pedagogy of CoachingOurselves: peer-group coaching, which develops leaders and rebuilds community in organizations.

Hands-on sessions and workshops facilitated by the world-renowned authors such as Philip Kotler, Edgar Shein, Estelle Métayer just to name a few. The keynotes and networking gatherings will allow you to tap into a smart, forward-thinking global community that will inspire and empower you. It’s an opportunity to listen to case studies of successful peer coaching programs and visit the world expo that will gather professionals from around the globe sharing their experiences with CoachingOurselves’ approach.

Day 2 - Rebalancing Society

Day two of the Reflections 2017 Global Conference is truly a conference within the conference. Based on Henry Mintzberg’s ideas on rebalancing Society, this day will be a true gathering of L&D and operational leaders from across the private, public and plural sector. An amalgam of leaders interested in helping one another “do” something towards “rebalancing society.”

This is a unique chance for non-profit organizations (by invitation only) to be in contact with private/public sectors and see what changes can be brought to society. Be part of it and make sure that your voice is heard!

Prticipants from day 1 that prefer to deepen their experience of peer coaching, will benefit from masterclasses run in parallel to deep dive into technical aspects of Mintzberg’s pedagogy.
