TRUST
The gift of S.T.A.R.T. has two aspects for our 60-minute session. First, there is an educational component for participants to learn about each of the five S.T.A.R.T. areas. Second, there is an opportunity to have a condensed lived experience of the method and time at the end for reflection and questions.
Learning Objectives
Four key learning objectives that align with a Coaching Mindset and Core Competencies for Coaches.
1. S.T.A.R.T. is a method and adaptable model for Coaches to develop a reflective practice. This will directly enhance confidence, coaching and connection to self for a deeper awareness for others.
2. S.T.A.R.T. results with a deeper awareness of self and how intuition will benefit clients on identifying areas in their own lives for areas of development with surrender, relationships, and trust.
3. S.T.A.R.T. is a method that develops a personal process to regulate the emotions that may be triggered as a Coach either through owning a business, clients, or personal development. Only when we honor and provide space for these emotions are, we able to be fully present to others.
4. S.T.A.R.T. is the space to be inspired on how to mentally and emotionally be prepared for our clients.
