Regenesis x MSIT NO'KMAQ
Event Information
About this Event
2020 is finally in the past! To start off fresh in a new year, Carolynne Crawley of MSIT NO'KMAQ will lead an Eco-Circle on health and nutrition, with a focus on holistic nutrition and Indigenous teachings! Join us to learn more about ways of eating, digestion, and much more! This is also an opportunity to share your own experiences and knowledge about health and nutrition with fellow students! Carolynne Crawley will guide interactive sensory experiences to provide a sense of relaxation. Participants are encouraged to bring a food that they enjoy to the session (example: a piece of fruit, chocolate, cooking herbs, etc) to participate in a sensory experience.
Regenesis Eco-Circles are an open opportunity for students to reflect and discuss their personal relationship with ecological and social challenges and share their experiences in a collective way. The focus is not “finding the right answer” but seeing what these relationships with our surrounding world look and feel like for us and others.
This is a free online event and will be held on Zoom. A Zoom invitation will be sent out to all those who RSVP. If you have any questions, feel free to email kimberley@regenesis.eco
