I never really understood what depression and real happiness looked like until now. Throughout the showcase you’ll see pieces of struggle and pain as well as what it was like being an artist during the pandemic. Witness the pull between wanting to be happy and enjoy life verse wanting to break down and cry because failure just feels so close. As I regrow and rebuild my confident and love for art, I found myself trying new things, expressing my true feelings, and overall, just having fun being me.
