Melanie Taylor is a Business Coach and Facilitator with The Achievement Centre. Melanie is the co-founder of Vesta Parenting Inc., which operates Vesta Shop and Vesta Parenting Centre in downtown St. Thomas, a business that in 2016 was recognized with a St. Thomas and District Chamber of Commerce Award of Merit. A graduate of Civil Engineering at the University of Waterloo, Melanie has previously managed health and safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a design and manufacturing environment. She is a member of the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Board of Governors, currently serving a third year as Board Chair. Through her education and experience she has developed knowledge and skills in the areas of leadership, sales, business management, continuous improvement, auditing, governance, and strategic planning, which she now uses to help businesses achieve greater success.
