Releasing 2025- Embracing 2026: A Virtual Ceremony

As the year draws to a close, I always find this bittersweet feeling arises...

...realizing some dreams and goals didn’t materialize in the ways I hoped …

...and, of course, a sense of hope related to a fresh start.

These feelings curl around each other creating a strange sensation in me.

It can be very positive, if I come to it consciously and don’t push it away in a haze of socializing, wine, cheese and chocolate (although I will have my fill of those!)

This feeling is something I like to unwind and release so my energy is clear and wide open as a new canvas on which to paint new dreams and desires for 2026.

Here's what you need for the ceremony ....

Show up with ...

• 20-30 strips of paper that you can write on

• Art materials ( if you like to play with them)

• Your own candle or essential oil to create your own sacred space.

• Uninterrupted time to go inward.

That’s it. Short and Sweet.

Prepare to go inward and simply feel and let go of anything that transpired in 2025 that is keeping you stuck. We will gently release them ... and make room for all that you are wanting to create in 2026.
