COVID threw our world of certainty into disarray. It has brought volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (referred to as VUCA) to an otherwise predictable life that most of us lived.
Today, many live in fear for their life and livelihood. Most people have experienced their sense of hope and joy of living diminish. Within communities, we notice greater divisiveness, disconnection and suspicion of each other.
In the face of the pandemic, our existing systems and structures have started to unravel. The pandemic has exposed the inertia, disutility and polarization within many governance systems and political institutions. Many current leaders have displayed autocracy or “stuckness”. Large organizations have become increasingly top-down. Inequity is widening within our economy.
In summary, COVID has exposed the fault lines of competence and consciousness both in our inner world and the outer world, in our BEING and in our DOING.
And increasingly we are hearing these malaises associated with masculine leadership.

A DEEP PASSAGE THROUGH THE CEREMONIES OF THE MASTERS
This 3-months leadership passage is an intense and life-transforming leadership INITIATION for men. It is broken into two parts.
a) Part I is a 3-days RESIDENTIAL retreat in the rolling hills of Cimone in central Italy
b) Part II is an ONLINE self-authored 3-months process of contraction and expansion
During the RESIDENTIAL 3-days, we will take an inner path to examine the 3 leadership qualities of the conscious masculine. Each day will be dedicated to subtracting the unnecessary and enlivening the 3 qualities.
We will use the elements of Nature as a sourcing tool and participate in a series of exercises and rituals that will initiate us into our mature, attachment-free self, open our inner wisdom and awaken our inner voice. Within every daring soul there is an activism manifesto waiting to be birthed. It is the song of the hero within, the painting of the Universal will waiting to be expressed. During these three days, we will source this manifesto that is waiting to emerge within each activist leader.

During the 3 months thereafter, we will connect digitally live periodically. Individually, in pairs, and in groups, we will imagine the mechanics of our activism, one that casts the light of the mature masculine that lie within us. Through group support we will infuse sacred life into our activism, and with love and constancy start the materialization of a world that works for all.

A renowned mystic and spiritual teacher, Sujith Ravindran is considered one of the leading authorities in the field of masculine and inner leadership. He coaches and offers leadership programs for top leaders in the political, business and social domains across the globe.
