This is a weekend urban retreat to nurture new growth, replenish inner resources and bring balance to your mind, body and spirit.
Friday night 7:00-9:00pm:
LifeForce Yoga weaves the ancient practice of yoga with current scientific findings to help you unwind, unburden and let go of the struggle and barriers to new growth. Let go of the limiting story, and allow that which nurtures you to flow. Appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.
Find balance within body, mind and spirit, through the practice of LFY. This retreat is designed for participants wishing to learn and increase their personal healing skills. These skills will promote a sense of calm strength and equanimity to meet the ever changing demands of your busy lives.
Learn specific sequences of asana (movement), pranayama (breath work), mantra (sound), and mudra (gestures). The practices will include LFY Chakra clearing meditations and self-reflective journaling. Leave feeling refreshed, invigorated and inspired.
Please bring your curiosity, an open mind, a journal or note pad and water. Mats and props are available but feel free to bring your own mat, cushion, blanket etc.
