About Jeffrey Dale
Mr. Dale is the founded of Snowy Cloud Inc. a management services company founded in 2010 to support public and private sector clients on innovation, entrepreneurship and business planning. Snowy Cloud has conducted numerous research studies for Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) and Global Affairs Canada on ICT high growth. He currently works with Welch Group LLP as part of their Chairman’s View program where he has assisted over a dozen business owners and management teams to maximize the value of their business prior to a merger or acquisition.
Mr. Dale is the former President and CEO of the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI and now named Invest Ottawa), Ottawa's lead economic development agency until 2009. OCRI, under the leadership of Mr. Dale, solidified Ottawa as a gateway to innovation, research, entrepreneurship and investment.
