Event description

Description

At Larimer Connects, we believe a community that knows their neighbors and works collaboratively is one that not only thrives, but is ready for anything that may come that may try to knock us off course in moving toward a progressive future. This program seeks to build resilience, or the ability for individuals and communities to be better able to respond and recover from unexpected disruptions, in Larimer County communities through sewing together the pieces that make the social fabric of our community.

This is Session 2 in our Resilient Communities are Connected Communites Workshop. In this session, we will learn what it means to be resilient and we will work together as locals to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our community. This workshop will be full of activities and meaningful discussions on what our community is currently facing, and what you as locals envision creating resilience in your community.

We welcome people with disabilities. For questions about accessibility or to request an accommodation, please contact Shayle Nelson at (208) 940-2387 or nelsonst@co.larimer.co.us
