SOMA Breath Journeys are immersive experiences combining:
- body movement and tapping to release tension;
- guided meditation and visualisations for inspriation and transforming repeated negative thinking and beliefs that keep you stuck;
- specially-crafted music and sound tracks for breathing in beats and inspiration; and
- breathing techniques based on ancient pranayama and modern science-based studies that restore calm to your nervous system, heal you at the cellular level, and create a state of mind and body that allows you to transcend your limiting beliefs, clear emotional blockages, and re-establish clarity and authenticity with your self.
