Join yoga teacher, Rebecca Sewell, for a restorative yoga class while supporting Ottawa families with autistic children. Class will be by donation to Camp Polaris Autism Support Centre.

Camp Polaris is a grassroots organization that provides family retreats for families with autistic children. Family retreats are centred in diversity, inclusion, and support and are heavily subsidized for families who are already heavily burdened by lack of support for exceptional children.

Camp Polaris serves families in the Ottawa region and relies on donations to fund its barrier free programming.
