Restorative Yoga Community Class

We invite you to come and try out restorative yoga. This is a 90 minute class, where we will guide you through a series of poses, all done on the floor using bolsters, blankets and other props. This is slow and gentle yoga designed to activate our bodies relaxation response so that the nervous system can rest, creating a healing environment for our bodies to return to our natural state.
