About this Event
This class directly taps into our parasympathetic nervous system’s “rest and digest” response and all the benefits that come along with it including decreased blood pressure, decreased cortisol, increased digestion, and increased mindfulness. If someone has suggested you try yoga for stress, this is the class!
No prior yoga or meditation experience required. All our classes are suitable for everyBODY.
If you have your own mat, bolster, blocks, and blanket, please bring them. We do have a limited number of sanitized props available.
RVN Wellness studio passes can be used for this class or purchase a single drop in class.
