Are you within 10 years of retirement? Have you done planning that includes the many dimensions of the ‘new’ retirement? Are you ready?
Join Heather Erhard for a unique workshop “Retirement Success”. You will complete the Retirement success Profile survey in advance, determine your readiness for retirement and develop plans for a new stage of renewal. Methods will include lecturette, individual work, group discussion, work in pairs and small groups.
After this workshop, you will have greater understanding and knowledge of:
- The ‘old’ retirement vs the ‘new’ retirement
- The 15 factors that contribute to retirement success
- Your Retirement Success Profile (your personal inventory of areas that are strengths and areas that may need additional focus to transition as successfully as possible
- Your key ‘focus factors’ and use tools to assist you in developing plans to enhance your readiness.
Heather Erhard, is the founder and Director of Erhard Associates, a management consulting, coaching and training firm dedicated to enhancing individual, team and organizational effectiveness. She brings over 25 years’ experience in leadership development, strategic planning, team building and coaching. She has worked extensively in the non- profit sector coordinating and facilitating the Managing and Leading in the Non Profit Sector workshop; over 1500 leaders have attended from across Canada and abroad. Heather has taught at the University of Manitoba, the University of Winnipeg and Queen’s University. Her passion is coaching groups and individuals to the next level of success.
