Description

Designers at all experience levels are invited to attend for a discussion of a range of topics from portfolio presentations to pricing creative work. Meet fellow Members, discuss industry issues and make connections with colleagues.

There will be a 30 minute mingling, networking portion from 6:30 to 7:00 PM (with food provided by RGD) and then participants will be divided into groups with a selected discussion leader from 7:00 to approx. 9:00 PM.

This venue is wheelchair accessible.

Discussion leaders:
Caroline Bruckner RGD
is the Creative Director for Deloitte Canada, leading the Design and Video studios. Over 20 years in corporate design, Caroline has worked with CEOs, CFOs, big four accounting firms and non-profits to develop strategic, award-winning creative communications.
Matt Coyle RGD
is formerly Creative Director of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) where he led a team of designers working on projects for the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Marlies and Toronto FC. In March, he took on a new role as Executive Creative Director at Cineplex Entertainment.
Russell Gibbs RGD
is Principal at Russell Gibbs Design, a branding and design firm in Dundas, that helps develop and express brands through simple, unique and well-crafted ideas. He is also a beekeeper and owner of Gibbs Honey, a small-batch, local honey producer.

Diti Katona RGD is Chief Creative Officer & Founding Partner at Concrete Design Communications. She is best known for producing elegant and evocative work for the firm’s clients in fashion, retail and luxury goods. She also leads the firm’s involvement in startup ventures focused on the development of innovative lifestyle and luxury brands.
Wayne McCutcheon RGD
is Partner at Entro Communications, an award-winning industry leader in ‘environmental graphic design’-planning, designing and implementing wayfinding strategies, signage programs and other forms of visual communication in the built environment.
