RHYMETHiNK is a radical HipHop music collective, working on the stolen lands of occupied Turtle Island. Built on anarchist organizing tradition and the principles of collectivism & mutual aid, the RHYMETHiNK mission is to create and disseminate expressly revolutionary HipHop: to soundtrack & support the frontline efforts of freedom fighters and social movements; to popularize anti-colonial, anti-capitalist, and anti-oppressive politics in HipHop; to wield words as weapons in the fight for social & environmental justice; and to fly a phat musical middle finger at all would-be masters, and the thugs & sycophants that serve them // http://www.rhymethink.com/

LEE REED
Kanadian HipHop’s oldest and grumpiest radical lefty loudmouth
http://www.leereedrevolt.com/

LEE REED is a Hamilton OG and a respected veteran of the Kanadian Indie HipHop scene. For over 20 years he's been stomping stages and studios, spewing his unique brand of fiery, anti-capitalist rant-hop. From mouthpiece for the legendary punk-hop greats Warsawpack, and throughout his solo work that followed, Reed’s musical legacy remains committed to the fight for a better world; voicing intersectional anti-oppressive politics through HipHop; and soundtracking and signal-boosting the efforts of communities and organizers struggling on the frontline for social and environmental justice. His latest album, 2015’s anti-colonial/anti-nationalist anthem “The Butcher The Banker The Bitumen Tanker” spent 14 weeks on the national campus & community radio Top-10 charts, with 2 weeks at #1, ending the year as Canada's #6 HipHop album.
