Right's Talk: Exploring the Language of Rights in Health care

This seminar will outline a brief history of rights, describe types of rights, and set rights talk in the Canadian context with attention to health, education, and social services. We will be joined by Josh Stachniak, General Counsel for Covenant Health, who will guide our exploration of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms to help us reflect on how we ought to respond respectfully when rights are asserted.
