Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine hands-on cooking with a delicious tasting experiences.

Ring in the New Year in a unique and intimate setting. Join us at the 1909 Culinary Academy for an interactive evening in the kitchen learning some holiday hosting tips as we prepare the perfect party appetizers. At 11pm, class is over and the 1909 team will set out a seafood buffet and charcuterie feast for all to enjoy as we prepare for the big Ball Drop!

We have two ticket choices for this event. All inclusive food and alcohol for the evening, or a non-alcohol option for the designated driver. Individual drinks are available to purchase outside the ticket package.
