RISE is a low-impact, high-intensity workout for your muscles, your mind, and your mood.

About this Event

Rise is a musically driven class that works the entire body through a fusion of cardio trampoline and pilates movements. During each class, you'll work to develop your balance, improve your coordination and core strength; and fine-tune your mind-muscle connection.

The Rise Method is low-impact and high intensity. You'll be bouncing and moving to the beat without stress on your joints. The result is an energy clearing, endorphin-surging, incredibly fun workout that will transform your mind, your muscles, and your mood.

Reserve a trampoline early to secure a spot. Only 13 spots per class.

WHY REBOUNDING?

Rebounding is a multi-dimensional workout that recruits and uses more muscle energy than any other cardio workout. FAQs

THIS CLASS IS FOR EVERY BODY AND ALL LEVELS.

In every class there are at least 1-3 new students in the class so you won’t be alone if you are joining me for the first time. We ease into each class starting first by explaining good jumping form. Jumps are low and focus on a pushing down motion (like jumping into a puddle) which triggers more muscle activity. The class is musically driven but if the pace is too fast for you, you are always welcome to slow it down.

Do you have any injuries? If you have an active knee, ankle or back injury (i.e. you feel some ongoing discomfort or pain), you should rest and recover before exercising in a group class setting. Pregnant women can enjoy rebounding with their doctor's approval if they've jumped pre-pregnancy, and if they have been doing some cardio exercise recently.
