Description

Good food starts with good ingredients. Learn to make the perfect risotto using Carnaroli and Vialone Nano organic rice, and learn the non-stir method Angelo learned directly from Italy's rice ambassador Gabriele Ferron. No longer will you consider risotto a daunting time consuming task.

Classes held at Grano Ristorante will be complemented by a glass Prosecco and stuzzichini and a glass of wine with your dinner. Additional wine can be purchased.
