None of us in the Roncesvalles neighbourhood could fail to be moved by the refugee crisis. In true Canadian spirit we think globally and act locally - making a difference one family at a time. So we're aiming to sponsor a refugee family in our Toronto neighbourhood. We're excited and want to provide our friends, neighbours, and supporters with the opportunity to participate (and have a lot of fun too!).

On Thursday Feb. 4th we are holding a GALA fundraiser to start to build a fund to sponsor a family. We are aiming to raise the money to house, clothe and feed a refugee family in Toronto for one year. And here's where you come in...

Join us at our exciting GALA event. We'll have performers, musicians, pop-up events/performances, a DJ, a silent auction, a grand prize, delicious food from top Toronto venues and wonderful beverages. Everyone will have fun!
