Here’s the thing, within society today there’s so many labels. Behind those labels are people that have been through traumatic experiences and are SHAMED of their feelings. We both know that all to well, we are built to overcome this!
We have either realized we have had this or that or we have just lived the only way we know how. To survive. We want to help you do more than that. We see the importance of getting to the root of the feeling. YOU are NOT your LABEL!
Root work guidance is powerful. We are all powerful and we just want you to see that for what it is. Lets change your perception of the world and how you see everything including yourself.
We have a 10 minute grounding exercise, group talks, trauma releasing exercise, plus a guided meditation and delicious sandwiches and coffee!
