Description

Homeschool families are invited to the Bow Habitat Station & Fish Hatchery. Our afternoon will consist of three parts: exploring the Discovery Center, "Build a Habitat" Program and a Fish hatchery tour including feeding the fish.


Date and Time: April 27th, 1:00-4:00 pm

Registration deadline: April 13th

Location: Bow Habitat Station and Fish Hatchery

1440-17A Street SE, Calgary, Alberta T2G 4T9

Target Grades: K-3 Recommended

** Important - Please note that children 3 and under are NOT able to attend the Program or Fish Hatchery Tour (due to insurance and liability issues).

My child is not registered with Roots, can they still attend?

Yes, this fieldtrip is open to all homeschoolers.


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you do not have to bring a ticket. We will have a master list with all the registration info.


If I am unable to attend may I get a refund?

We're sorry but we are unable to provide refunds. But, please feel free to find another Roots family to sell or pass along your program spot.



Further information regarding meeting places, schedule, predatory content for students, etc will be provided to attendees via email.
