Business Edge Change Management

Change is inevitable and every business needs to prepare for the future. Drive your career forward by becoming a successful change manager in your organization with the most up-to-date and relevant tools, frameworks, and skills from Rotman’s Change Management experts and career management team. Note: this program focuses on career advancement and is open to applicants who have a minimum of six months of employment experience in Canada.

Hear from Rotman’s experts about innovations that will shape the future of finance, including corporate finance, sustainable finance, and blockchain. Career Shift

A unique program designed for Internationally Educated Professionals who have become unemployed due to the pandemic and are aiming to transition to the highly sought after Supply Chain or Technical Sales sectors in Canada.

Our program content has been developed for internationally trained professionals to overcome some of the barriers in networking and help them broaden their professional connections, effectively communicate their value and help them navigate through the Canadian workplace. Our programs are sector specific where they can explore career possibilities in Finance, Change Management, Supply Chain & Tech Sales.

The Rotman Intercultural Skills Lab is pleased to announce our newest program Navigating Intercultural Complexities specifically designed for managers and team leads.

The 5-week program will provide participants with critical strategies to help their teams increase employee engagement, counter unconscious bias, and build a more inclusive work environment.
