In this round table, Robert will go over some very real sales and marketing statistics that are crucial components to the success of any business either in start up or in maturity mode. Robert will also explain the importance of owning a CRM system and how it can actually increase the valuation of a company. In this session, Robert will also clarify some of the terms and tools that are used to propel small companies to the next level with a minimum in staff.
About your Trainer:
Robert, an Engineer by schooling, is a 25 year veteran of the business process, sales and marketing automation arena. He has introduced automation systems to over 500 small and mid sized companies across north America and was even responsible for some fortune 100 deployments too. Most recently Serex opened a new division focused on streamlining the procurement process which is quickly becoming a standard in the purchasing arena too.
